 
 
I wonder at what point defense from cover ceases to be a factor. Obviously it's a combination of obscured targeting as well as physical protection, but when someone targets using another method (as Secret is doing) and is shooting, say, bolts of nega-energy from the Void at the End of All Things, shouldn't there be a reduced effect? |
