Still getting the hang of this. I've tried switching back to the old method with the backgrounds, which are more tolerable, and it seems to work well so far. I still need to get a handle on appropriate line thicknesses in the right places, among other things. That last panel is TURRRRIBLE.

So far, my hypothesis that it would involve more work but be more fun is holding out. I'm finding it much easier to turn in a bit of work every day, and I'm feeling a much better sense of accomplishment with every step. We'll see how it bears up.
